Solve customers' issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality. Ensure smooth operations in coordination with other teams.
Reporting -
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Order Management
Answer "incoming or make outgoing calls and provide chat support" about product availability, quality, order status, and delivery status.
Process orders received through online channel.
Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products.
Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
