We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial

E-commerce & Distribution Launch Manager

to take the lead in building a new distribution brand from the ground up in the UAE. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with proven experience in e-commerce, distribution chains, and business development within the UAE market.

The core of the business will be the import of Japanese green tea into the UAE. For this reason, the role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has a strong understanding of UAE import regulations, and excels at building long-lasting business relationships; particularly within the F & B sector, specializing in cafes and restaurants in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a go-to-market strategy for launching a new distribution brand in the UAE. Manage logistics and oversee import processes in compliance with UAE regulations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Oversee online sales channels and coordinate with local partners. Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to business development. Adapt quickly to changing demands and challenges typical of a startup environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce and/or distribution in the UAE specifically in the F & B sector. Strong knowledge of UAE import and trade regulations. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience in business development or launching new ventures. Fluent in English. Highly self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities. Valid UAE driving license (ideal). Knowledge of the Japanese market is a plus but not required.
