Responsibilities: 1. E-Commerce Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company\'s e-commerce platforms. - Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. - Monitor and analyze online sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. 2. Digital Marketing: - Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising. - Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to optimize digital marketing strategies. 3. Customer Relationship Management: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online purchases. - Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Analytics and Reporting: - Generate regular reports on e-commerce and digital marketing performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team. 5. Administrative Support: - Assist the management team with day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and coordination. - Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain organized records. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon) and digital marketing tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in using office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
