The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the company's online sales platforms. This role ensures accurate product listings, smooth order processing, website coordination, and supports digital marketing initiatives to drive online sales growth.
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.)
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability
Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and returns with warehouse and logistics teams
Monitor inventory levels and update stock status regularly
Track online sales performance and prepare basic sales reports
Coordinate with marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and banners
Handle customer inquiries related to online orders, delivery, and product information
Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards
Assist in managing marketplace accounts (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc., if applicable)
Identify issues in online operations and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales coordination
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online promotions
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of SEO basics and online merchandising
Experience in handling customer support for online platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
