We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on managing and optimizing online sales channels, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that drive traffic, boost conversions, and achieve sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, and others) to maximize sales performance.
Oversee product listings, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and engaging content.
Monitor daily sales performance, analyze trends, and generate actionable reports.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies.
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
Ensure seamless customer service and support across e-commerce touchpoints.
Qualifications
Proven experience in E-commerce and Sales.
Hands-on experience with Amazon and Noon seller portals (product uploads, content optimization, reporting, promotions).
Strong analytical skills for sales tracking and market insights.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
