Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor
Noon and Amazon seller accounts
Handle
online sales operations
, order processing, and updates
Respond to
customer inquiries and messages
using provided or approved responses
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve
customer issues and order-related queries
Monitor product performance, pricing, and availability
Ensure product information, images, and descriptions are accurate
Prepare basic sales and performance reports
Requirements:
Experience in handling
Noon and/or Amazon seller platforms
Basic understanding of
e-commerce operations and online sales
Good written communication skills in English
Ability to follow
standard response templates
for customer communication
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel
UAE e-commerce experience is an advantage
