to manage all our online sales channels including InstaShop, NowNow, Deliveroo Shopping, Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces. The role requires someone who understands product listings, pricing, catalog management, order flow, customer service, and overall platform performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast, and able to coordinate with operations, store teams, and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create, upload, and organize product listings on InstaShop, NowNow, Deliveroo Shopping, Noon, Amazon, and others.
Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, barcodes, and stock levels.
Ensure products follow each platform's standards and category guidelines.
Update pricing, seasonal offers, and promotions.
2. Order Management & Fulfillment
Monitor all incoming orders across platforms in real time.
Coordinate packing and handover with store/warehouse teams.
Track delivery performance and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Reduce order cancellations, delays, and item unavailability.
3. Inventory Control
Keep track of daily stock movement across stores and warehouses.
Prevent "out of stock" issues on all platforms.
Sync stock levels and ensure accurate availability across all channels.
4. Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and replacement requests.
Manage returns, refunds, and out-of-stock communications.
Maintain high customer ratings and platform compliance.
5. Platform Performance & Growth
Analyze sales trends and fast-moving toys.
Recommend product bundles and platform-specific offers.
Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies.
Coordinate with category managers of each platform for better placement and visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with
InstaShop, NowNow, Deliveroo, Amazon, or Noon
preferred.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and product listing.
Good communication skills (English is required).
