Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, ensuring optimal product visibility, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for e-commerce.

Duties

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal. Utilize merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette. Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits. Supervise team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment. Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Maintain stock levels through effective stocking practices and inventory management. Analyze retail math data to assess sales performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements

Previous experience in e-commerce is preferred. Strong understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cashiering processes. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base. Experience with supervising or training team members is a plus. Knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
