The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.) while assisting with order processing, inventory management, and maintaining accurate financial records.E-commerce Assistant (with Basic Accounting Knowledge).
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations
Manage product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
Coordinate inventory updates and stock level monitoring.
Track and process customer orders, returns, and refunds.
Assist in uploading promotional banners, discount codes, and digital campaigns.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and messages.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports.
Track marketplace fees, shipping costs, and returns.
Analyze SKU performance and suggest improvements.
Accounting & Admin Support
Record basic transactions related to sales, expenses, and refunds.
Reconcile marketplace statements (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) with internal sales records.
Assist in preparing VAT invoices, returns, refunds and petty cash handling.
Coordinate with finance for month-end closing and reporting.
Logistics & Coordination
Liaise with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve logistic issues.
Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to manage inventory and order flow.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or accounting support.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (invoicing, ledger entries, reconciliation).
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce portals (Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud based accounting software like odoo, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Understanding of VAT and e-commerce taxation rules in UAE

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
