Roles & Responsibilities:

Consistently updates the items on the e-commerce website and keeps check on the orders received through the e-commerce. Maintains the website creative (ex.Homepage Banners, Products Upload, etc.) Ensures accurate information such as the dates and the digital content on the platform is communicated. Utilizes web reporting and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to capture and report results and relevant insights. Assists e-commerce executive in planning and executing displays around seasonal exhibition opportunities and new range launches. Minimizes potential stock loss by maintaining a high level of awareness and alertness, reporting all safety hazards and risk factors to the e-commerce executive. Ensure and accurate and through approach to all the payment processing and refunds. Prepares reports to the e-commerce executive for further support and guidance Performs other assignments as required from time to time by the management.

Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Experience:

(0-2) years previous experience in digital marketing.
Technical Competencies:

Proficient IT, e-commerce, and software skills. Google Analytics. Microsoft Office. Digital Marketing and sales.
Behavioral Competencies

Good communication skills Analytic, detail-oriented, and organized. Excellent time-management skills.
