Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Assistant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, enhancing customer service experience, analyzing market trends, and ensuring efficient communication between customers and the sales team. Daily tasks include updating product listings, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and conducting sales analysis to optimize performance.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data and market trends
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and E-Commerce operations
Proficiency in online sales platforms and basic Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
