- Manage online orders through our Shopify platform, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Generate detailed reports from Shopify to track sales, inventory levels, and customer engagement.
- Conduct accounting tasks related to online sales, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with couriers such as DHL for package bookings, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Update inventory and stock levels in the system, maintaining accurate records for all products.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize e-commerce workflows and implement best practices for order fulfillment and accounting procedures.
- Proven experience in e-commerce order management, preferably with Shopify.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and experience managing financial transactions and reports.
- Strong proficiency in using logistics and courier services, including DHL.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Effective communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration.
