Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries for e-commerce transactions.
Reconcile sales, payments, commissions, and deductions from platforms like
Amazon, Noon, and Shopify
.
Prepare monthly
sales and expense reports
, highlighting marketplace fees, VAT, and payment cycles.
Coordinate with the finance and operations teams for invoice submissions, POs, and payment follow-ups.
Assist in reviewing
Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central reports
and ensuring accounting accuracy.
Support the external auditor with data and documentation.
Maintain clear records of
returns, chargebacks, and disputes
.
Update inventory and cost records in coordination with the operations team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
.
0-1 year of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Basic understanding of
Amazon, Noon, or Shopify
platforms preferred.
Proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Good communication skills in English.
