What will you do
Provide profound eCommerce media expertise to Kenvue / J&J to increase effectiveness and efficiency of Kenvue / J&J\xe2\x80\x99s eCommerce media planning and to accelerate eCommerce media capabilities:
Own and drive the eCommerce media strategy
Create a positive impact on the AMET Kenvue / J&J eCommerce business (SCANR, STT, share)
Be the main point of contact for all eCommerce media related questions for AMET
Development of eComm media strategy in close cooperation with the eCommerce team according to strategic priorities
Shape & implement Kenvue/J&J\xe2\x80\x99s internal eCommerce media training agenda
Lead eCommerce media investments from planning through to PCR
Maximize the collaboration with our media agency and key partners:
Be the connecting link between the eCommerce team and the Kenvue /J&J media agency for all consumer brands & markets in AMET
Lead key market media projects & innovation (analytics, tools, innovation)
Drive ongoing optimization of processes and ways of working by monitoring performance and providing feedback
Optimise J&J\xe2\x80\x99s eCommerce media spend productivity:
Provide plans for optimized eCommerce media spend allocation across partners and markets
Fully leverage research and competitive insights to develop media guidelines for cluster & lead markets
Guide optimization & allocation of media spends throughout the year
Guide annual commitment & buying preparation
Ensuring that the eComm media fundamentals are in place and providing test and learn opportunities for more innovative digital activity to drive sales and market share
Create and drive an eComm search strategy for AMET ensuring fundamentals are in place and building capability within the organization
Main Accountabilities:
Stronger media plans which have the right partners, budget allocation and KPIs in place > fewer, bigger, better stronger ROI
Regional and local MMM learnings applied to all campaign strategies
Drive media ROI initiatives
Plan holistically with the media team to ensure strong ROI and budget fluidity.
Ensure the right level of savings and added value is added to each of the plans
Prevent underutilization of content >reach thresholds are achieved on publisher / content level
Frequently share media learnings across the AMET (Africa, Middle East and Turkey) cluster to ensure that we are learning as one team
Help raise the media IQ with the brand teams, eCommerce Managers and Kenvue / J&J stakeholders
Own and nurture agency relationships and partner with key media owners to drive he eComm media agenda. Negotiate and ensure top quality delivery from our digital agencies and secure standardization in the online space.
Monitor and report on eComm media related news/trends and competitive sets to identify new opportunities
Increase eCommerce media capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
What we are looking for Required qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in marketing / Digital Marketing, or any related degree.
MBA from a reputable school would be preferred
Min. 3 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital media planning
Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG
Experience of eCommerce media is a must
Excellent Verbal and written skills in English and Arabic
Good level of French
Skills
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising communications campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Extremely strong organisational and prioritization skills
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement & eCommerce
A strong record of working collaboratively and effectively with marketing agencies
Ability to work within a diverse (culturally, functionally & geographically) environment
Be a self-starter and have the ability to take responsibility for key program/study \'milestones\' with minimal supervision
