Oversee and manage the installation of Easy Panel cladding, partition, or facade systems as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
Ensure proper alignment, levelling, sealing, and fixing of panels in compliance with design and structural requirements.
Lead a team of installers, helpers, and subcontractors.
Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure productivity targets are met.
Inspect panels and materials upon delivery for damages or defects.
Conduct regular quality checks during and after installation to ensure work meets approved standards and finishes.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in facade/cladding installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role on high-rise projects.
Familiarity with Easy Panel systems (or similar lightweight/prefabricated panels).
