We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Safety Officer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold valid safety certifications, approvals from Dubai Municipality and Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and demonstrate strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and legal regulations at all work sites.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments in compliance with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
Prepare safety reports, incident investigations, and risk mitigation plans.
Lead toolbox talks, safety induction, and awareness programs.
Liaise with consultants and clients on all safety-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:
Approvals from Dubai Municipality and DDA as a Safety Officer.
Valid UAE Driving License.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certifications.
Minimum 2 years' experience in construction projects within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HSE regulations, and incident reporting procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English ( Urdu & Arabic are a plus).
Salary: AED 3,000 to 4,000
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications from OSHA, ISO 45001, or First Aid training.
Experience with HSE documentation for DM inspections, DDA audits, and external safety audits.
