ResponsibilitiesQUALITY Responsible for being familar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherfords Management SystemMaintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvementOPERATIONS Anticipates, identifies and analyzes business opportunities, needs and challenges to deliver solutionsContributes to the Weatherford HR strategy and translates it for the client and HR teamEstablishes trusted working relationships with business leadership and staff to be able to actively and effectively advise and provide thought partnership and coaching Ensures key business HR processes are delivered with high expectations for quality results (e.g., performance, talent, resourcing, compensation, retention, DE&I, employee relations, HRMS, training/development, communication, change management)Contributes from design through execution on organization, portfolio and leadership changes and the change management of eachCollaborates across a global, highly distributed, matrixed and transformational business environment Acts as a Change & Culture Transformation champion Functions autonomously with minimal guidance from the Global Manufacturing HR Manager to independently meet the needs of the organizationAnalyzes data trends and metrics to assess and/or anticipate business risks and, in partnership with HR Centers Of Excellece (COE), develops and/or deploys recommended solutions, programs and applicable policiesWorks with management and HR COE partners to develop appropriate compensation and benefit strategies tied to geography and external market indicatorsIndependently manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations for assigned casesCultivates a positive workplace cultureCOMMUNICATION Maintains effective communication with all key stakeholders both internally and where appropriate externallySupervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reportsEffectively communicates with a global, cross-functional, diverse workforce focused on continuous quality and productivity improvement of HR service delivery Stakeholder engagement bolstered by strong customer focus to develop and sustain productive customer and stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organizationEnsures stakeholder understanding and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as Weatherford's policies, procedures, and standardsFINANCIAL All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expensesCosts incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedureUnderstands the fundamentals of financial management in a global HR function and what constitutes effective, optimal delivery of cost-effective HR services Provides guidance, tools and action plans to meet talent, financial, productivity, quality and other HR targetsPEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function, compliance & business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills and experienceEmployees should engage on a regular basis with their line manager to discuss their personal performance, objectives and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potentialSupervisors are expected to actively engaging their employees to support talent management through Weatherford's performance management process, including but not limited to talent assessments, succession planning & regular coaching opportunitiesSupervisors should collaborate with Human Resources & Training Development to drive strategies for the recruitment & retention of key personal & to foster an environment that supports the attraction & retention of a high performing talented workforceResponsible for leading a team of HR professionals in multiple countries and actively engaging them to support their development (performance, talent identification, succession planning, development)Guides the EH Manufacturing HR team to have influence and contribute to the Global Manufacturing and Weatherford organizationsContribute to creating a talent pipeline that assures the right people are placed at the right time with the right skill VISION & LEADERSHIP Demontrates leadership, ethical behaviour and adherence to Weatherford standards at all timesContributes to the Weatherford HR strategy and translate it for the client and country such that a compelling vision and purpose is understood QualificationsExperience & Education REQUIRED 10 years progressive general HR experience, including a demonstrated career track record across multiple HR business partnership rolesExperience or demonstrated capability leading other professionalsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Fluent in English, both written and verbalPREFERRED Knowledge of HR practices, processes and laws/regulations in multiple countries, specifically UAE, India & ChinaExperience using PeopleSoft, Oracle, and SalesforceExperience in oilfield and/or manufacturing environmentExperience in a rapidly changing, transformative environmentKnowledge, Skills & Abilities REQUIRED Must be able to think holistically and objectively, balancing business, functional and workforce needsStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detailAble to work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities and with tight deadlines, making efficient use of time managementStrong written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to communicate and influence peers and client groups that can impact at all levels Works effectively in a matrix organizational structureAble to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment with minimal supervisionAble to deliver day to day operational policy, regulations and laws and the ability to apply themProven ability to develop excellent working relationships with leaders and act as a strategic partner on people related decisions Capacity to gather and analyze complex and varied information and provide clear solutions at different levels of detailStrong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills Experience developing and implementing
