Inotec Facility Management is currently hiring a
skilled East European Tiler
to join our professional team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in floor and wall tiling for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces (cleaning, leveling) before tiling. Cut, lay, and align tiles with precision according to design layouts. Apply adhesives, grouting, and finishing work. Repair and replace damaged tiles. Follow safety standards and maintain clean working areas. Work independently and as part of a team based on project needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a professional Tiler (minimum 2-3 years). Preference for candidates from East European countries (Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, etc.). Ability to work with a variety of tile materials (ceramic, marble, porcelain, etc.). Good understanding of drawings, measurements, and tile layouts. Basic English communication skills preferred. UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
