Job Summary:
We are seeking a polished and professional Hostess with prior experience in the UAE's hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reservation management systems like SevenRooms (or similar platforms) and exceptional guest service skills. Fluency in East-European languages (e.g., Russian, Romanian, Polish, etc.) is a strong advantage, as it will enhance guest interactions and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a seamless first impression.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently using SevenRooms (or equivalent systems).
• Coordinate with service staff to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a well-organized reservation book and update guest preferences/databases.
• Assist in event bookings and private dining arrangements when required.
• Uphold the venue's standards of service, hygiene, and ambiance.

• Proven experience as a Hostess in the UAE (restaurant, hotel, or upscale venue).
• Proficiency in SevenRooms, OpenTable, Resy, or similar reservation software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); East-European language skills (e.g., Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian) are a strong plus.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Certification in hospitality or customer service.
• Familiarity with VIP guest management.
