The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 to 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:

On job training by working with Project Managers and/or Customer Service Manager in the Industrial Energy Technology (IET) Druck, a Baker Hughes business, delivers world-class expertise, excellence, and reliability in the toughest environments.

Design and implementation of content to be used in Marketing campaigns to stimulate demand for a range of products and services.

Conduct market research in support of marketing and product/portfolio strategy

Mapping of Key accounts across MEA region

Identification of new customers for growth in Industrial, Military and Aerospace segments

Support Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution in UAE, Saudi and India

Interaction with Channel Partners on Marketing Campaign Plans, Implementation strategies for Market Penetration in UAE, Saudi and India

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this traineeship you will:

Have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering Graduated from your bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree within the last 12 months.

Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0

Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills

Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge

Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
