The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months in Abu Dhabi - UAE and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:

Attending/conducting safety meetings, attending, carry out inspections, audits and field jobs/visits to fully understand the Health Safety Environment issues and compliance as per legal business and client requirements. You would also be involved in drafting and making safety presentation, investigations and weekly/monthly reports and returns. You would also be required. You would also be required to visit the field locations to support operations to comply to safety requirements.

Attending and conducting safety meeting, training and sessions.

HSE Induction to familiarize the trainees on Baker Hughes Safety Standards

Wellsite visits for monitoring and watching the execution phases

Visit and support field operations in safe execution of activities in UAE across various sites.

Gaining hands on experience at customer locations in the field locations.

Work under supervision of HSE team on multiple office and field tasks.

To be successful in this traineeship you will:

Be a UAE National (With Family Book)

Have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Health Safety and Environment, engineering, or science graduated from your bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree within the last 24 months.

Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0

Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills

Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge

Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.

May have to conduct 20% travel in the field at concession areas.
