The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months in the Drilling and Completion Fluids lab in Dubai and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:

Understanding of performance of laboratory testing protocols for both Research and Technical support

Generation, collection, and organization of laboratory data, to include detailed reporting for both field support work and research projects; collaboration with HQ projects teams; compiles, analyzes, and interpret results.

Provides support to incident investigations and Corrective Actions.

Ensuring that laboratory and lab equipment are clean, maintained and organized.

Comply with company HSE and waste disposal policies.

May investigate complaints on existing products.

Participates in customer meetings when needed.

To be successful in this traineeship you will:

Have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Graduated from your bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree within the last 24 months.

Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0

Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills

Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge.

Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Understand of Laboratory testing, analytical characterizations, and measurements techniques.

Have the ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team, delivering project presentations if required.
