As a Drilling & Completion Fluids Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Selling product(s), services, solutions, or projects within a geographic area. Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Managing complex sales processes requires the involvement of many stakeholders both with clients and Baker Hughes. Meeting assigned sales, commercial and personal development goals. Handling diverse clients in your area/region of responsibility.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college, preferably in an Engineering discipline. Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Drilling & Completion Fluids. Have an additional 3 years of Sales experience. Have experience in building tenders. Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner Have the ability to set and execute sales and growth strategies. Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others Be fluent in English
