Job Description

To design, develop, and manage online training courses on Courseware platform for internal and external users.

The candidate will be responsible for uploading, customizing, and branding e-learning materials with the company logo and visual identity, ensuring a professional, interactive, and user-friendly learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage the Courseware LMS (upload courses, manage users, monitor progress). Design and develop online courses using multimedia tools (videos, presentations, quizzes, certificates). Customize courses with the company's logo, colors, and branding identity. Convert existing training materials (PowerPoint, PDFs, Word docs, videos) into e-learning modules. Ensure content compatibility (SCORM / HTML5) for smooth operation on CourseWare. Work with internal departments (marketing, HR, medical training) to build and maintain professional learning content. Provide reports and analytics on learners' engagement and performance. Maintain and update the LMS to ensure high performance and data security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Multimedia Design, or Computer Science. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in e-learning or LMS administration (preferably Courseware, Moodle, or TalentLMS). Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canva, or similar tools. Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and multimedia content creation. Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) and instructional design principles. Fluent in English and Arabic.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Graphic design (Photoshop / Illustrator). Video editing (Camtasia / Premiere Pro). Experience creating medical or corporate training content.
