Job Title: Female Product Development Manager (eCommerce)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Female Product Development Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of both new and existing products, from initial concept through to market launch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, experience in cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for customer-centric design and innovation. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive product success and contribute to the growth of our eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and market research to design, testing, and final product launch. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and optimize current offerings. Define product requirements, specifications, and development timelines in alignment with business objectives and eCommerce strategies. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for multiple product development projects across various categories. Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation processes to ensure product quality, compliance, and high performance standards. Track and evaluate post-launch product performance, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements based on data and customer feedback. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving market needs to drive continuous innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and production to bring product ideas to life and ensure successful product launches. Assist in preparing product documentation, presentations, and progress reports for key stakeholders. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share updates, insights, and ideas for future product initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Genuine interest in product development and a strong desire to learn. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Solid understanding of product development processes and how products are brought to market in the eCommerce space. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
