Job Summary
Responsible for business transformation into an Omni channel value retailer by driving development of strategies, pilots and repeatable processes to achieve this goal across GCC.
Key Accountabilities
Projects Development
Manage the development and implementation of Omni channel pilot projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and business partners in order to drive a better shopping experience
Inventory Management
Manage ecommerce inventory in order to maintain stock covers.
Sales
Manage sales via commercially trading the website in order to achieve online budget and margins.
Operations Management
Manage, update and maintain the Omni channel vision and provide intellectual leadership and partnership to the cross-functional initiative teams, in order to execute the vision.
Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal and external business partners in order to drive a mixed basket shopping experience.
Process Improvement
Drive process improvement projects, including current state assessment, improvement opportunity identification and solution definition in a team based environment in order to support ongoing improvements.
