Job Title: Dynamics & Power Platform Consultant (Functional)
Location: Ajman, UAE
Position type: Fulltime, Permanent
Experience: 15+years
Minimum 15+ years experience in CRM/Power Platform projects.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Insights).
Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).
Ability to design end?to?end business processes and map them to system capabilities.
Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & atleast 2 full life cycle projects across GCC countries.
Proficiency in Arabic (shall be preferred).
