Job Description
A leading Microsoft Partner in Dubai, specializing in Dynamics 365 CRM & Dynamics Business Central, is looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to join their team on a 6-month contract.
This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who can bridge business requirements and technical delivery while working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams across multiple Dynamics platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
- Experience working with Microsoft Partners
- Solid understanding of integrations, Power Platform, and data architecture
- Experience working within the UAE
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Own the solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and enhancements
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Dynamics CRM solutions
- Lead functional and technical design workshops with clients
- Provide architectural guidance across integrations, customizations, security, and data models
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure best-practice delivery
- Support pre-sales or solution design discussions where required
