Duration: 12 Month Extendable Contract
Overview
Our client, a Microsoft Partner, are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional workshops to capture business requirements and map them to BC capabilities
  • Design, configure, and validate Business Central modules with best-practice processes
  • Support data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and integration activities
  • Prepare functional documentation including configuration, training and process guides
  • Provide post-go-live hypercare and user support for continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with technical/development teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
Required Experience:
  • 7-8 years' experience as a Business Central or Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant
  • Strong functional knowledge in at least two of: Finance, SCM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects
  • Hands-on experience with upgrades, enhancements, and multi-entity rollouts
  • Familiar with AL extensions, Power Platform components, and third-party integrations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business challenges into solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills - English required, Arabic a plus
Nice to Have
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • GCC project experience or knowledge of regional localization requirements
