Our client, a renowned hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager with PR experience to oversee their specialty restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of the restaurant while maintaining excellent customer service. You will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of public relations strategies to promote the restaurant and attract customers. Responsibilities:
The salary package for this job is AED 15k to 18k plus tips and incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Create and implement public relations strategies to promote the restaurant and attract a strong customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and local businesses to increase brand awareness
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising the front-of-house staff
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the restaurant\'s menu offerings
- Manage the restaurant\'s budget, including cost control and revenue forecasting
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Experience in PR or marketing is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
