Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible
Duty / Night Manager
to oversee operations across our3-star and 4-star hotel properties
. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth night operations, deliver excellent guest service, and handle any issues or emergencies confidently.Key Responsibilities
Manage night shift operations for both properties Handle guest check-ins/outs and resolve guest issues Supervise night staff and ensure service standards Complete night audit and daily reports Ensure security, safety, and cleanliness throughout the hotels
Requirements
Candidates inside UAE only. Previous hotel front office or supervisory experience of at least 3 years in UAE is a must Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multi-property operations Knowledge of hotel PMS preferred Reliable, well-presented, and able to work night shifts Immediate Joiners Preferred
