Key Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including team management, daily openings/closings, and cash handling
• Guide, mentor, and conduct regular reviews with store staff to achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver excellent in-store customer experience and resolve issues efficiently
• Oversee stock transfers, replenishment cycles, and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Enforce compliance with SOPs, trading safety, and legal health & safety standards
• Review sales data and performance metrics to identify improvements and boost profitability
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team for weekly walk-throughs and display planning
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and readiness for peak periods or special promotions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 3+ years of proven experience in retail management, ideally within food, clothing, or cafe operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory tools, replenishment systems, and retail compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, able to foster a team-first culture
• Commercial mindset with ability to analyze sales trends and drive results
• Able to work flexible hours and maintain efficiency during high-traffic periods
• Familiarity with store merchandising and promotional execution
