About the Role

PSI, the UAE's leading real estate organisation with more than 1,300 employees from over 50 nationalities, is expanding its operations across Europe. As part of this strategic growth, we are developing an international recruitment function dedicated to supporting our new markets in Belgium and the Netherlands.

To support this expansion, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us identify, attract and engage top talent in both regions, while also contributing to international recruitment activities for our Abu Dhabi headquarters.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys cross-border recruitment, strategic sourcing and working in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs for European and HQ roles Create tailored recruitment strategies for the Belgian and Dutch markets Build and maintain pipelines for roles in real estate, corporate functions and operations Ensure an efficient and inclusive candidate experience throughout all stages Conduct proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and events Screen and interview candidates for both European and UAE positions Contribute to PSI's employer branding activities across Belgium and the Netherlands Support documentation, onboarding and occasional relocation processes

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international or multi-market environments Fluency in Dutch and English (additional European languages are an advantage) Good understanding of the labour markets in Belgium and the Netherlands Experience with sourcing, interviewing and working with hiring stakeholders Familiarity with ATS software and LinkedIn Recruiter Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international setting Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and undertake occasional travel in Europe
