As part of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new office at CasaNearShore Technical Support Technicians who will be responsible for: . Receiving calls, assisting remotely and responding to electronic requests. . Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best possible customer service as soon as possible. . Perform remote cleaning as indicated. . Resolve problems from the first call, as far as possible, using the knowledge retained during the training and searching through the available documentation. . Record problems in the database. . Possess the ability to dynamically understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization. A positive attitude and positive behavior are expected. Demonstrate a high level of responsibility for all operational tasks and respect the expected standards
