Supervise and manage ducting installation, fabrication, and site activities. Lead a team of duct fitters and helpers to ensure timely project completion. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams. Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards. Prepare daily progress reports and escalate any issues to management.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/HVAC or relevant field. Proven supervisory experience in HVAC/ducting projects. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical drawings and manage manpower efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
