Our client is a well-known Engineering company. They are now looking for a Ducting Supervisor to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC ducting systems on construction sites.
Ensure that ducting work is carried out according to design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Lead, train, and manage a team of ducting installers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor work progress and provide regular reports to the Project Manager.
Preference:
At least 5 years of experience in HVAC ducting installation and supervision, preferably in large-scale construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork installation, and related equipment.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
