We are looking for an experienced HVAC duct and installation professional with strong hands-on skills in GI/PI ducting, cladding/insulation works, and HVAC installation activities. The ideal candidate can read drawings, work independently with minimal supervision, and follow site HSE and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
A) Ducting & Sheet Metal Works
Install GI/PI ducting and duct fittings as per approved shop drawings.
Perform marking, layout, and field measurements to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
Select appropriate sheet metal gauge and accessories based on specifications and site requirements.
Install duct accessories including: VAVs, fire dampers (all types), risers, louvers, fans, and related fittings.
Carry out cladding/insulation works as required.
B) HVAC Equipment Installation
Install air conditioning and ventilation equipment (as assigned), including thermostats and related control components.
Support commissioning activities and basic troubleshooting to ensure productivity and quality.
C) Site Operations & Compliance
Read and interpret drawings and work independently with minimal guidance from supervisor/engineer.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials; ensure adequate stock of fittings and repair supplies.
Deliver parts and equipment to job sites when required.
Complete necessary paperwork and adhere to company procedures.
. Provide support to the HVAC team as needed during periods with no ducting scope (e.g., assisting with equipment installation, troubleshooting, and site tasks).
. Assist the HVAC team with other mechanical works when ducting activities are not scheduled.
Follow safety procedures (HSE) during mechanical and electrical tasks.
