About The Job
A Ducting Foreman supervises, coordinates, and leads a team of technicians in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of HVAC ductwork systems. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, ensuring installations comply with SMACNA standards and project specifications, managing on-site manpower, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
