We are currently seeking an experienced Duct Foreman to supervise and coordinate duct installation works on HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure high-quality, timely completion of site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead duct installation teams on-site.
Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and tools efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other site supervisors.
Monitor daily progress and prepare work reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum [3] years of experience as a Duct Foreman or Senior Duct Installer.
Strong knowledge of duct fabrication and installation (GI, PI, etc.).
Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
