Job Title: Duct Production Manager Job Summary: The Duct Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production of air ducts within a manufacturing plant. This includes managing the production process, ensuring production goals are met, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. The Duct Production Manager will also be responsible for managing the production staff and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure machine maintenance schedules are kept up to date and carried out. Monitor production related consumables and procurement of related items. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. Knowledge of International Codes and Standards and industry principles. Plans and schedules daily production of various running sheet metal projects/orders allowing for speedy execution of work orders at the shop floor to achieve production output. Manages operation budget through analysis of hours per ton for each project/work order to run within the project budget. Determines production priorities and maintains a standard of performance and allocates the resources for the production. Assigns jobs to production Supervisors / Ductman and other staff, directing, coaching, and leading them to perform their responsibilities to produce high-quality output and achieve targets. Evaluates overall equipment/machine effectiveness such as machine performance, availability, quality of materials done, and breakdowns and communicate these to concerned maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and repair. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs and ensuring the examinations and tests are performed as per QA plans. Analyzes NCRs and implement corrective measures. Ensures compliance with Health and Safety policies, systems, and processes.

• Qualifications:

The minimum requirement is a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in manufacturing of sheet metal (Duct *PI and GI*, HVAC & Cable Management Systems and accessories). Analytical thinking. Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Fluent in English (spoken/written) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues quickly. Knowledge of production planning and scheduling software. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices. Understanding of quality control and quality assurance processes. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate manufacturing equipment. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to loud noises, dust, and other airborne particles. Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
