Sales Manager
to lead and grow our dynamic sales team. If you're a proven leader in the UAE real estate industry with a passion for performance and team development, this could be your next big opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of property consultants
Set and exceed monthly sales targets
Recruit, train, and coach agents to achieve their full potential
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize performance
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with management to align team goals with company objectives
(Preferred)
Bring a team of performing agents ready to contribute
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a real estate sales leadership role in Dubai/UAE
Strong track record of team performance and sales achievement
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, both off-plan and secondary
A network of agents or an existing sales team is highly preferred
