What would I be doing day to day? Who am I supporting: 2 Executives Key duties: Diary, travel, expenses, admin, some office duties, communicating with the LA office, some personal errands. Background and experience: Experience in a Finance business, PA level who has supported at Exec level, someone with excellent organisation skills and someone who is motivated and pro:active. Qualifications: A degree would be preferrable. Availability: You MUST be available immediately, you MUST be living in Dubai already, you MUST have the right to work there and the correct Visa.
