This major US and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious junior-level Associate to join their busy and thriving Corporate & Private Equity practice in Dubai. Their clients include an impressive list of major international companies, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and key government entities, with their practice spanning a variety of big-ticket domestic and international deals, across a range of sectors including hospitality, F&B, consumer goods, retail, real estate, financial services, energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Their wide-ranging work is usually cross-border in a significant way, shape or form, and spans a variety of top-end deals including M&A, joint ventures, international trade, complex commercial relationships, and structuring foreign direct investments into the Gulf region. Applicants will need to be US, UK, Commonwealth or European qualified lawyers with a strong track-record in large scale and complex cross-border corporate transactions. Arabic language skills would also be welcomed although these are not essential.
