? Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office premises, meeting rooms, reception area, and pantry.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist in organizing and arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
  • Handle photocopying, filing, and basic office support tasks as instructed by the admin team.
  • Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and inform the admin team of any replenishment needs.
  • Support staff with document circulation, internal deliveries, and other routine tasks.
  • Assist in receiving and distributing couriers and mail.
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times within the office environment.
