Dry Bulk Shipbroker Experienced
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dry Bulk Shipbroker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Broking business within the dry bulk market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, charterers, and operators.
Source and negotiate spot and period fixtures in the dry bulk segment.
Monitor market trends, freight rates, and cargo/tonnage positions to identify opportunities.
Prepare and issue competitive freight offers and counteroffers.
Coordinate with operations, legal, and post-fixture teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
Maintain up-to-date records of fixtures, market intelligence, and client activity.
Proactively expand the company's network and business portfolio.
Ideal candidate should have 2-3 years experience working as a dry bulk broker.
