? Valid UAE Driving License required

? Experience in Van Sales preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Delivery:

Deliver products to customers as per the assigned route and schedule. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete deliveries of all orders. Promote and sell products to existing and potential customers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Vehicle Operations:

Operate the van safely and responsibly in compliance with traffic laws and company policies. Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, etc.) to ensure roadworthiness. Report any vehicle defects or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Inventory Management:

Load and unload goods in the van, ensuring proper handling and stock safety. Maintain accurate records of stock received, delivered, and returned. Ensure that all goods in the van are correctly stored and secured.

Customer Service:

Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Collect payments (cash/cheques) from customers and issue proper receipts. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and report them to the supervisor when necessary.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily sales reports, delivery notes, and payment collections. Submit all relevant documents to the office at the end of the shift. Reconcile daily cash and inventory with sales records.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing. Advise customers on product usage, benefits, and offers when needed.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate with warehouse, sales team, and dispatch for smooth operations. Attend regular team meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and product demand.

Compliance:

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards. Ensure all delivery and sales activities comply with legal and company requirements.
