We are looking for a responsible Driver with Supervisor Skills to safely transport staff and materials while supervising daily site activities. The candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of coordinating with the team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
Transport staff, materials, and equipment as required
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and routine maintenance
Supervise cleaners / staff at site and ensure duties are completed
Coordinate daily schedules and assignments
Report attendance, issues, and site updates to management
Ensure compliance with company rules and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license
Proven experience as a driver (UAE experience preferred)
Basic supervisory or team-leading experience
Good knowledge of UAE roads
Basic English communication skills
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
Preferred:
Experience in cleaning or facilities management industry
Ability to handle staff coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
