Job Title: Driver (with UAE manual driving license)

Location: Umm Ramool, Rashidiya, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport flowers, staff, and company materials as required

- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

- Inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.

- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.

- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

- Delivers high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

- Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.

- Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.

- Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.

- Contact customers to confirm delivery details.

- Determines placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conducts safety reviews.

- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Valid UAE Manual driving license.

- Prior driving experience in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of UAE road networks and locations without relying on Google Maps.

- Good time management and route planning skills.

- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
