Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to transport goods, passengers, or company staff safely and efficiently. The Driver will be responsible for operating vehicles in compliance with traffic laws, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and ensuring timely delivery or pick-up.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company or client vehicles to transport goods, staff, or customers. Follow assigned routes and schedules while ensuring punctuality. Load and unload goods as required, ensuring proper handling. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle (oil, water, tires, lights, brakes). Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained at all times. Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management immediately. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries. Follow all traffic laws, road regulations, and company safety procedures. Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers or clients as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Valid driver's license (appropriate class for vehicle type). Proven driving experience (professional or personal). Clean driving record with no major traffic violations. Strong knowledge of local and interstate routes. Ability to lift and move packages if required. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
