Driver Operations Coordinator – Urdu/hindi Speaking
Job Description
Trucky is a Dubai-based logistics tech startup that connects customers with trusted truck drivers for fast, affordable, and reliable moving and delivery services. Using our mobile app, customers can book different types of trucks -- from pickups to recovery vehicles -- while drivers get access to more jobs and steady income.
We are looking for a Driver Operations Coordinator to help onboard, train, and support our driver partners across Dubai.

Responsibilities:
Onboard and register new truck drivers (1 ton pickups, 3 ton trucks, recovery vehicles)
Train drivers on how to use the Trucky app (Android)
Communicate with drivers via WhatsApp or phone regarding orders and app issues
Provide basic technical support and answer questions
Maintain and update driver records
Report daily operations and challenges to management

Requirements:
Must speak Urdu/Hindi + basic English
Experience in field operations, logistics, or coordination preferred
Confident using Android phones and mobile apps
Must already live in Dubai with your own visa
Responsible, organized, and good with people

Salary & Benefits:
AED 2,500 - 3,500/month
Should he on your own working visa
Performance bonuses available based on driver onboarding and support
